These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the asd88 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one asd88 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited. Household members sharing a device must each register independently with unique credentials.
Genuine deposit funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. asd88 targets same-day processing for verified withdrawal requests to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets.
All promotions on asd88 carry clearly stated wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, validity periods, and eligible game categories. Bonus terms are never modified retroactively once a player has accepted an offer.
asd88 employs automated and manual fraud detection. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses, using software to gain unfair advantage, or engaging in match-fixing-related activity will be suspended and relevant authorities may be notified.
Any dispute arising from platform use should first be directed to asd88 support. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the independent adjudication body designated by asd88's operating jurisdiction. All parties agree this process is binding.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
To open and maintain an Account on asd88, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the asd88 Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. asd88 is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by a Member.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any third party. asd88 will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from a breach of Account security caused by your negligence.
3.4 KYC Verification. asd88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:
Withdrawal requests will not be processed on Accounts where KYC has not been completed to the Company's satisfaction.
3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. asd88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Company has reasonable grounds to believe a Member is in breach of these Terms, is engaging in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. asd88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Availability of individual methods is subject to change at the Company's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction unless a specific promotional offer specifies a higher minimum. asd88 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. asd88 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
4.5 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the asd88 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the Member's asd88 balance pending investigation.
4.6 Currency. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). asd88 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion costs, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Member.
5.1 General Bonus Principles. All promotions offered by asd88 are governed first by the specific terms published with each individual promotion, and secondly by these General Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses are available exclusively to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. asd88 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to a Member claiming it.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for all bonuses on asd88 is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:
5.4 Bonus Abuse. asd88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee returns, using automated betting software, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
5.5 Validity Period. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings are forfeit without compensation.
5.6 Maximum Bonus Conversion. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be converted from Bonus Balance to withdrawable Real Money Balance is 5x the original bonus amount.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only considered accepted by asd88 when a confirmation reference number is issued to the Member. asd88 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. In the event that a bet is accepted at a price which asd88 determines to be clearly erroneous — such as a pricing feed error, a decimal point error, or a result of system malfunction — asd88 reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to the Member's Account at Real Money Balance value.
6.3 Live Betting. In-play bets (live betting) are subject to network latency between the Member's device and asd88's servers. asd88 is not responsible for bets placed after an event has effectively concluded due to connectivity delays on the Member's side. Any bet accepted after a material event outcome (e.g., a goal in football) will be voided.
6.4 Match-Fixing and Integrity. asd88 co-operates with sports governing bodies and law-enforcement agencies to detect and prevent match-fixing. Any Member found to have placed bets with knowledge of a pre-determined result — or to have communicated such information to others — will have their Account immediately suspended and all winnings forfeited. asd88 may report the matter to relevant regulatory and law-enforcement authorities.
6.5 Game Fairness. All casino and slot products on the asd88 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual outcome in a single session.
6.6 Maximum Payout. The maximum single-event payout on asd88 sports markets is Rp 500.000.000 per bet. For casino and slot products, individual game maximum wins are governed by the game provider's certified rules. asd88 is not liable for any difference between a theoretical jackpot and the certified maximum payout applicable to a Member's account tier.

7.1 Self-Exclusion. Any Member may request a voluntary self-exclusion via the asd88 support channels. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, asd88 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the Member from accessing the Platform for the selected duration.
7.2 Deposit, Loss, and Session Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their Account dashboard. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before becoming active.
7.3 Reality-Check Reminders. Members may configure on-screen notifications that display elapsed session time and net session balance at intervals of their choosing.

All intellectual property contained on the asd88 Platform — including but not limited to the asd88 brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, text content, graphics, and game assets — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; reverse-engineering the Platform's software; or creating derivative works based on Platform content, in each case without the prior written consent of asd88.
Unauthorized use of any asd88 intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and civil or criminal legal action.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asd88 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform — even if asd88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.2 asd88's aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 asd88 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failure, power outages, government actions, civil unrest, or denial-of-service attacks.
9.4 asd88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by asd88 is governed by the asd88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By registering an Account, you consent to asd88 collecting and processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, where legally required, the disclosure of your data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and licensed third-party service providers involved in Platform operation (such as KYC verification partners and payment processors).
asd88 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmissions between the Member's browser and the Platform's servers. Member data is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel.
asd88 reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on the Account.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting asd88 support.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will be revised each time these Terms are materially amended. asd88 recommends that Members review this page periodically.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asd88 holds its operating license, as updated from time to time.
12.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute, Members must first contact asd88 support in writing, providing full details of the complaint. asd88 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours (WIB business days) and will aim to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days.
12.3 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with asd88 within 28 calendar days of the initial filing, either party may refer the matter to the independent adjudication service designated by the Company's licensing authority. The decision of the adjudicator shall be final and binding on both parties.
12.4 Language of Proceedings. All formal dispute correspondence and adjudication proceedings shall be conducted in English. Indonesian-language support is available for informal communication with asd88's customer service team.
